Suman Bains

As a Client Service Associate at Napa Valley Financial, Suman Bains supports clients and advisors by helping ensure smooth and responsive service experience. She assists with gathering and organizing client information, preparing materials for annual reviews, and responding to client requests in a timely and thoughtful manner. Her experience includes roles in mortgage lending, financial services administration, and client support, where she developed skills in communication, organization, and handling detailed financial documentation. She has worked in roles ranging from mortgage advisor to branch office administrator, supporting both clients and advisors with account processes, scheduling, and operational needs.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Holy Names University.

Outside of work, Suman enjoys expressing her creativity through fashion, styling, and beauty. She values spending time with her large family, especially her nieces and nephews, and enjoys celebrating holidays together. In her free time, she also enjoys traveling, staying active, and following sports.
