Katherine Haubold

As a Client Services Associate at Napa Valley Financial, Katie Haubold works alongside the advisory team to support clients with their day-to-day needs. She assists with gathering and maintaining client information, helps prepare financial plans and materials for client meetings and reviews, and supports the ongoing relationships that are an important part of the Napa Valley Financial client experience.

Katie began her career in financial services as an intern with Napa Valley Financial, where she helped collect, verify, and organize client information and assisted with data analysis. Her previous experience also includes hospitality and service roles at Silverado Resort and Napa Valley Country Club, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, and client service. Katie also participated in a community development project in Indiana, working with county officials to evaluate and update a local tax abatement program.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, majoring in Public Financial Management with a minor in International Relations. As part of her studies, she spent a semester abroad in Verona, Italy. Katie is also fluent in Spanish and holds the DELE certification from the Spanish Ministry of Education.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling and staying active. Whether she’s golfing, running, hiking, or exploring somewhere new, she appreciates opportunities to spend time outdoors and experience new places.
