Jennifer Paige

As Operations Manager at Napa Valley Financial, Jenn Paige supports clients and advisors by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and helping ensure a smooth, organized experience. She manages account opening and documentation processes, serves as a point of contact for client service needs, and supports administrative functions including scheduling, record management, and compliance-related activities. Jenn also works closely with leadership to improve workflows and maintain efficient operations that support the firm's ongoing growth.

Jenn brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, with a background focused on operations, client support, and process improvement. Throughout her career, she has held roles including Branch Operations Manager, Implementation Manager, and Lead Associate in Operations across multiple financial institutions. Her experience spans loan servicing, insurance operations, compliance, audit readiness, and platform implementation, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both client-facing service and behind-the-scenes operations.

She earned an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Solano Community College.

Jenn enjoys being part of the Napa Valley community and appreciates the lifestyle the area offers - from exploring local wineries to discovering new restaurants and experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and traveling when possible. She especially values time with her three sons.
